The Equipping Committee as put together a new Spiritual Gifts Survey.  This survey is not your traditional time and talent style survey.  The “SHAPE” survey is not looking for a commitment from you but rather a chance for us to learn more about who you are through your Spiritual Gifts, your Heart (interests/passions), your Abilities, your Personality, and your Experience and Education. All of us have been blessed with different gifts and abilities and the Equipping Committee would love to learn more about those gifts.
We also recognize that many will set this survey aside. The reasons for this can range from just inadvertently setting it aside and forgetting about it to believing that completing this survey is a waste of time as nothing ever comes from them. Please do not set this survey aside. It is very important to us and it will be used.  As we continue to move forward in redevelopment we are constantly looking for ways to further our community connection and also to heal and grow our congregation. How can these surveys help? We can learn a great deal more about our members, what their passions and interests are so we can find a way to incorporate that in what we are doing or what work or education background they may have that can help us with a specific task or project. We will be gathering this information into a database that we will be able to call upon when we are considering different projects, ministries, etc.
Please take some time to pray about your responses and then take a few minutes and complete the survey. Again, this survey is in no way a commitment. It is just a way for us to learn more about you and how we can not only embrace your passions and interests but also possibly find some opportunities for you to share your special gifts with the church and community.

If you have not yet received a copy of the survey, please click on the Sharing My Gifts link below and print it out.  We look forward to learning more about you!
